The 180 m2 villa, which meets all needs, was completed in 2022. The style of the house is clean, modern and comfortably furnished. Air conditioning ensures the right temperature in the living room and upstairs rooms. On the ground floor is an open spacious living-dining-kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and toilet. The living-dining room-kitchen is equipped with a dining table, 2 sofas and satellite TV, internet access. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric hob. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available in the laundry room. Each of the 3 separate bedrooms on the first floor has a 180 x 200 cm bed, satellite TV and a private bathroom. From the rooms, we exit directly to the upstairs terrace with a view of the sea. From the living room, we step onto the terrace which is equipped with a barbecue, bordered by a saltwater pool. There is direct access to the beach from the yard.
