The island of Vir is 13 km long and its widest point is 3 km. It is surrounded by a 31 km long beach with beautiful bays. The special feature of the island is that, in addition to small white pebble and rocky bays, there are also sandy bays and beaches, so everyone can find something that suits their needs. Arriving on the island, we can already see the first beach. The island is connected to the mainland by a fixed bridge. In the immediate vicinity of the island of Vir is the small island of Skolic with its long sandy beach, which is a children's paradise at low tide, where they can play in ankle-deep water.

Thank you for your trust and choosing Best Villa Vir for your stay! To ensure that your stay here is

pleasant and to avoid misunderstandings please read the accommodation's house rules. By booking,

you accept the content of the policy and consider it binding on himself. Failure to follow the house

rules the booking may result in its cancellation, in which case the full amount of the accommodation

fee will be charged, regardless of the shorter length of stay.

If for any reason you cannot occupy the villa on the first day of the reservation, or you will be late,

please let me know by 20:00 at the latest. If this is not done, the owner of the villa has the right to

rent the villa to another guest after 24 hours from the start date of the reservation. Please aware

that in this case the amount already paid will not be refunded!

If the guest wishes to travel home before the closing date of the reservation date, under no

circumstances the owner of the villa may be obliged to pay the difference of the total amount.

For guest check-in to the villa from 15.00 on the day of arrival, for check-out at departure

is available until 9:00 a.m. at the latest. During your stay at Best Villa Vir, Anita Csoma Jakabné is

available, who provides information and, if necessary, assistance to guests. In case of problems or

During the stay, the guest assumes responsibility for the proper use of the villa and does not

contaminate the apartment to a greater extent than is reasonably acceptable. Otherwise, the owner

of the villa is entitled to invoice the guest for the necessary cleaning fee in addition to the basic

cleaning. Guests receive the villa in a clean, tidy and orderly manner. We do not perform cleaning

during their stay, only on special request, for an extra fee. The tap water (mains water) in the area of

the villa is suitable for washing hands, bathing, showering, washing, and washing dishes! For

consumption, cooking and brushing, we recommend using store-bought mineral water instead of tap

water. Garbage is collected selectively, so please throw it in the right place! It is forbidden to throw

waste of any kind, diapers, cosmetic wipes, sanitary napkins, pads into the toilet. Otherwise, the

resulting financial damage will be charged to the guest.

We provide to our guests free towels and bed linen upon arrival. It is not our duty in case of booking

within 7 days during your stay, additional bed linen, towels, to provide toilet paper, dishwasher

capsules, and cleaning products for the guests.

The guest is obliged to take care of valuables, furnishings, technical equipment and their condition

to preserve and use them as intended. Furnishings in the villa it is FORBIDDEN to rearrange and take

it out of the villa! In case of possible damage, the guest must reimburse the resulting costs on the

spot upon departure. The guest bears full financial responsibility for the reserved and used Best Villa

Vir. For possible damage, the guest is obliged to reimburse the entire amount of the damage to the

Host. If the guest who caused the damage does not comply with this obligation, the Host has the

right to involve the local authorities and hand over the guest's personal data to assist the

investigation. The guest accepts this payment obligation and the processing of the data at the same

time as the reservation and considers it binding.

In every household, including in the villa, it may happen that something goes wrong or gets

destroyed, even if it is used as intended, apart from the fault of the guest. In order to avoid major

damage, if you notice such a malfunction or abnormal operation, please report it to us immediately!

The villa has a kitchen equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Use the kitchen appliances in

accordance with the regulations! Please do not put plastic in the electric oven and metal objects in

the microwave. When leaving the villa, the guest must always turn off the taps; turn off the lights,

the air conditioner, the electric oven, and the stove. The guest is obliged to use the pool located

outside the villa as intended. The pool is 1.5 meters deep, only those who can swim can use it, at

their own risk. The pavement around the pool can be slippery from the water splashing out of the

pool, and therefore can be dangerous, so please be cautious and careful around the pool.

The owner is not responsible for accidents around the pool. Jumping into the pool from the side of

the pool is FORBIDDEN and dangerous. It is FORBIDDEN to use the pool while intoxicated, accidents

and life-threatening! If the guests use the pool while intoxicated, the villa and its owner are not

responsible for the resulting accidents! The guest is responsible for the cost and labour of cleaning

up the resulting dirt and changing the water. The guest must always close the doors and windows

when leaving the villa. A small dog can be brought to the villa area, for a separate fee, if the owner

gives permission in advance.

Only registered guests can stay at the accommodation! It is strictly forbidden for persons who are

not listed on the accommodation reservation list to stay in the villa. If other persons are also staying

at the accommodation, the Host is entitled to cancel the reservation immediately. The Host is not

entitled to enter the accommodation in the guest's absence, except in the case of direct or indirect

damage. In this case, the Host will notify the guest at the provided contact information. If the Host

assumes that you or the guest relative or traveling companion violates the rules of the house, then

the guest is obliged to let the Host or the person authorized by him to enter the area of the property

in order to check. When handing over the apartment, the host and/or the person entrusted by

him/her has the right to request a deposit from the guest, which amount will be returned to him/her

in one sum on the day of departure, if you return the apartment in the same condition as when you

received it. The amount of the deposit is 500 euro/booking.

Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside the Villa! You can smoke in the designated area, in the part of

the terrace where cigarettes do not contaminate the pool water, at least 1.5 meters from the edge

of the pool. It is FORBIDDEN to throw your butt on the ground or into the pool!

WiFi is available free of charge in the accommodation area, and connection information can be

found in the villa.

In consideration of the silence order and the neighbours, please refrain from noisy activities! It is

forbidden to operate loud sound equipment (e.g. speakers) outdoors! The Host reserves the right

not to accept guests who behave scandalously and do not comply with the house rules, or to ask

them to leave the accommodation immediately. Pursuant to the current legislation, the

accommodation provider must record the legally defined personal data of every guest who uses

accommodation services in Croatia and then upload them to the E-Visitor (Information system for

registration and check-out of tourists) system at www.evisitor.hr. At the same time as the

reservation and when taking over the accommodation, it is the responsibility of our guests to read

the Villa policy found on the booking page and/or in Best Villa Vir and familiarize themselves with its

content, accept it and consider it binding. At the same time as making the reservation, our guests

automatically accept the rules of the villa and agree with them, they are aware of the conditions and

their obligations and consider them binding. Any problem between the Guest and the Host that

cannot be resolved on the spot may involve the involvement of the local Zadar Police Authority or

the District Court. We can only consider and handle complaints if they were reported to us during

the stay.

Ignorance of the rules of Best Villa Vir does not exempt the guest from her/his obligations!
